I teach and learn from a small group of K-5th grade learners who exhibit varying types of functional, emotional, and developmental delays. My goal is to provide these exceptional students with hands-on learning experiences that connect what they are learning inside my classroom to the world outside the school environment. Allowing students to learn through independent work stations, individualized instruction, and imaginative play encourages socialization and promotes autonomy for students with special needs. Your support and generous contribution provide these children with creative learning experiences far beyond paper and pencil. You can help prepare these special students to become independent, productive citizens who can positively impact the world!
