I am a second year Media Specialist, after teaching 2nd and 3rd grades for the previous twelve years. It is my desire to promote a love of learning and creativity as I teach each student in my school- from EELP to grade 6. The scope of our library is changing and we now strive to engage students not only in literature and research, but STEM initiatives as well. I am passionate about finding innovative ways to incorporate literature, technology, engineering, and hands-on activities in a way that encourages all my students to find their passion and brings out their curiosity.
