Having 14 iPads to share amongst our K-2 classrooms would allow the teachers to provide targeted instruction to all learners. By utilizing educational apps, students will get extra practice in all subject areas. Students will also be able to take weekly spelling tests, do research projects, and take the district-wide assessments with ease. Low-income students need iPads! The iPads would be shared among 3 classrooms and would impact nearly 100 students. We have an online reading and math program that provides additional resources and support to our students. Unfortunately, we do not have the adequate technology to allow this program to have the greatest impact on our students.
