Due to Covid, libraries have been closed and all reading has been done on-line. My first graders have not have an opportunity to pick their own books, and enjoy reading. With these materials these 6 year-old will discover the wonder of holding a book. In order to become proficient at reading, students must have books on their reading level, as well as their interest level. Reading is the key to helping students reach their full potential. The sky's the limit to their future if they are able to read.

About my class
