My school is a second year charter school. Though it is amazing, we do not yet have all of the technology that many other schools have. My students are 9th and 10th grade special education students. They are a diverse group of students with many different interests, needs, and strengths. They get pulled into my classroom throughout the day. It is a space where they feel comfortable being themselves. When they are in my room, I want them to have control over where they are doing their work.
