My students are 21st century learners. They have a wealth of knowledge at their fingertips and need to be taught the skills to access that knowledge and create a love for learning. They crave hands-on activities and exploring new concepts, especially in the area of computer science. Exposing students to these types of skills at an early age is imperative for our future. Recent studies predict computer science will be the fastest growing occupation in 10 years. And in 20 years, we will be about a million people short to fill 1.4 million new computer science jobs.

About my class
