I teach Second Grade students in an inner city school, where most students are on the free or reduced-price lunch plan. Despite their hardships, the children I teach come to school each day enthusiastic and ready to learn. I do my best to offer them the best first school experience as possible. However, without all the materials and no budget given to me by my district, there is only so much I can do on my own.
