Most adults remember their childhood, as that is the foundation that we live on. The experiences we have with family and school can mold the adults of the future. In class, my students create art daily but have been unable to keep it secure or bring it home as well. When asking students what are problems in their neighborhood, I envision students using their words and pictures to talk for them. At the end of the year, students can reflect and share their year's work as it will be their ideas, feelings and growth. It can be something they refer to for the rest of their lives!
