I teach at an small charter performing arts school in Mesa, AZ. This is my first year teaching here and I'm already in love with the atmosphere and students here. This is the kind of school where everyone knows each other and the staff is very protective of their students. We're not a rich school, and our students mostly come from low-income backgrounds. We do not have a library, I am the only English teacher, there are very little supplies, and the building was not originally a school.
