My students come from a variety of socioeconomic backgrounds and family structures. Many of my students receive free or reduced lunch. Technology is very limited for a large number of students. Many of the students do not have a computer at home. The classroom is the only place where many of these eager learners have access to technology. My school has a very caring and supportive administration. However, due to the multitude of budget cuts, it is becoming more difficult to meet the needs of my students.
