These Chromebooks will help my students become more familiar with research, using google drive, and basic computer skills. This is crucial to their success upon graduation in 2024! One of the latest statistics I found from LaStem said that 71% of jobs in 2018 will require STEM skills. This is astonishing! What will that percentage be when my students graduate from high school, from college? If my project is funded my goals are to make sure my students know how to type a paper in google drive, share it and are able to edit it. As well as how to research topics and construct emails.
