Greetings! I teach at a school dedicated to helping students with severe behavioral needs. Classroom sizes are relatively small but demand patience and highly differentiated instruction for the students. The team of teachers at my school are the greatest people I have ever worked with. They have a passion for students with special needs and are a great team to collaborate with. Our principal is dedicated to support the teachers and frequently comes into classes to help the students.
