I teach middle schoolers at a very small, rural school. The community is very involved in our school and support the students by attending events, helping with fundraisers, and volunteering in the building. The majority of my students have been classmates since they were in kindergarten. As a rule, they are very protective and kind to each other, including everyone in group activities. We have some multi-age classrooms as well as a few that are single grade levels. My students are upbeat and happy, each offering their own special quality to the classroom.
