We are all feeling the it right now. Stress and anxiety are at an all time high. School counseling is a rewarding and challenging on a good day. School counseling during a pandemic takes it to a new level. Providing age appropriate developmental lessons to students that are interactive can be helpful in engaging students. This has proven to close achievement and opportunity gaps result in improved student achievement, attendance and discipline. I would like to create a Social Emotional Lesson curriculum that will help my students navigate the ever changing community and world around them.
