Title I school of primarily a high diversity culture base. 9th though 12th grade combinations of Biology, Gifted Biology, and ESL Biology; combinations of Environmental Science classes. All classes are STEAM oriented to infuse constructivism and Multiple Intelligence These students are underrepresented in a college sector, lacking supplies. For my seventh year, funding for artistic modelling, say of tran-scription w/candy, or meiosis w/ pipe cleaners, is a personal expense; then,using equipment to which I have no access, as it is always someone else's. What I envision is enhancing learning by using materials that support student comprehension through modeling of living systems to develop explanations of phenomenon. To explore equitably and to learn through vision, color, and tactile modalities. These materials can be reused or replenished.
