Our classroom needs an easy access, full color printer to meet the diverse needs of the students. In order to maximize learning time, and create engaging instructional curriculum, we are looking to add an. In order to maximize our t an HP Officejet Printer with black and color toner. This piece of equipment will help us utilize the little classroom time we have with a colorful printer right inside the classroom. When creating enriching curriculum and instruction there are many challenges to make materials naturally and functionally. This basic printer will allow us to print, copy and scan documents, lessons and activities as well as weekly newsletters without missing a precious second of classroom instructional minutes. This printer will allow us to make the most of the classroom by creating a cooperative environment with much diversity and variation! This printer will also eliminate the anxiety and stress teachers feel with the staff machine is down, broken, or being used. This anxiety and stress is directly felt by the students when materials cannot be accessed in an engaging or timely manner. Communication with families would also benefit strongly with the use of the built in scanner. We would genuinely appreciate this HP device and the toners that would make our classroom more engaging in curriculum and instruction. Thank you so much for your consideration.
