I am requesting 3-D models of plant, animal, and bacteria cells because my students typically only see these in a two dimensional format. This often confuses them and leaves them with misconceptions. If I were funded with the three dimensional cell models it would allow the students to see the layout and shape of different cells along with identify the various organelles associated with each type of cell. Learning games will allow my students to actively learn material while getting out of the everyday normal class environment. We will be able to learn about different types of chemical bonds while playing a game that intrigues each child. Getting them excited about the learning process and having fun while they do learn.
