I teach second grade at a Title 1 school on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington State. I am fortunate to work with a grade level team that is always helping each other. We plan together, divide the work and help each other become better teachers. That's a good thing, since our class sizes are large, our school is packed and the needs of our students are diverse.
