Providing my students with multiple modalities to encourage academic success has always been a high priority. I teach in a school where over 50% of the students are on free or reduced lunch. Many of my students are below grade level and need extra resources to guide their learning. I have students with Learning Disabilities which requires them to have Individual Instructional Plans. Of these students many of them have difficulty staying focused are require movement to help with focusing. Despite this, my students come to school every day with a positive attitude. They come to school as eager learners and motivated to learn.
