I teach Ceramics at a High School in American Fork, Utah. My students are eager and engaged in learning the traditional techniques of pottery and sculpture, and I've been so fortunate to teach them everything I know. Currently I teach 6 - 7 classes a semester with 36+ students in my room at a time. In my class students learn all of the hand-building techniques as well as Throwing on the wheel; a craft that teaches discipline, patience, practice, planning, and hard work.
