I teach second grade students in a Title I high poverty school. The majority of my students are bilingual and are in the process of acquiring a firm command of the English language. While facing this challenge, they continue to be motivated and enjoy learning. They like to explore new topics and always have ideas to share. My goal is for each child to feel loved, encouraged, confident, and able to take risks to show academic and personal growth.

About my class
