My school system is small, consisting of only an elementary, intermediate, middle, and high school. My school is a Pre-K -3rd grade school with approximately 600 students. The majority of my students come from low income backgrounds and receive free or reduced lunch. About 50% of my students are English language learners with Spanish as their first language. Unfortunately, the students in my school tend to be somewhat transient, their families following work or housing. However, my students are still kids who love learning and get excited about coming to school and participating in class. They, too, are exposed to technology at an early age and love anything that is electronic.
