My name is Joe DeMarco. I have been teaching within the DOE for the past 25 years. We are a Title I school with very little money for extra things. Being that we are an ICT class we are trying our hardest to meet the needs of all our diverse learners. Our students enjoy learning and are highly motivated. They engage in many small groups for that more one on one attention. Flexible seating is just one way we try to motivate our students. We love to enrich our students in small groups to foster a more differentiated approach to teaching. Our students are amazing.
