My students do not have access to technology at home. It is very difficult to make sure students have an opportunity to use computers in the class when we only have six. These tablets will allow my students to have access to different books and reading apps that will help increase their achievement. The chairs will allow a place for students to sit while reading, something different than sitting in a desk all day. I currently have a library full of books, but no place for students to read together. They normally would sit on floor and complain about the floor being too hard. The chairs will offer them some cushion and they can concentrate on reading.
