Hola ~ Hello! I teach at a Dual Immersion School in which grades K and 1 are taught only in Spanish and then gradually increasing amounts of instruction are taught through English through 5th grade. All classrooms have at least a one third of students who speak Spanish in their home. In kindergarten, it is so fun to see students who speak no Spanish engage in lively conversations by the end of the year and students who speak no English play and have fun with their peers at recess. I have been an immersion teacher for seven years and would appreciate any help you are able to give! Gracias ~ Thank you
