I'm looking to build our school a lending library where students and teachers can come and sign out books. The students and teachers will use the books for guided reading practice, research projects and just building a LOVE for READING! I'm looking to cultivate a love for reading and a reading community with a lending library! Our school is looking to provide students with all different types of Fiction and Nonfiction selections so that they have a choice and can pick what they love to read. In addition, we would really love to use these books for Book Clubs, where students can discuss various genres that they study in class and/or read independently. Also, students can use the Nonfiction selections for research projects such as their Multi-genre report and projects in Science and Social Studies.
