Students will be using these items at school. We will have students Carry out an investigation which provides evidence that a change in an object’s motion is dependent on the mass of the object and the sum of the forces acting on it. Students will accomplish this by using catapults made from the items I have requested. The PVC pipes and PVC glue will be assembled into catapults and used to help the students carry out their investigation. The balls will be launched by the catapults. Students will collect data and analyze it as they carryout their investigation.
