My students are very intelligent and quick-witted 7th grader. They enjoy being outside and they soak up information like sponges. The connections they make between the material I teach them are well thought out and often correct. I would also like to point out that they pick up of sarcasm very easily and often in hilarious ways. We are in a Title 1 school in the Pee Dee Region of South Carolina. The students love hands-on learning but due to lack of funds we are stuck in the classroom more often than any of us would like. My kids want to do things on their own and I want to make that possible.
