Currently our school houses about 300 seventh graders with plans to more than double this August as we grow into a seventh- and eighth-grade building. Our teachers and students are brave and energetic pioneers in this exciting endeavor. Our school is in a high-needs district, and although many of our students face difficult challenges outside the classroom, my students challenge themselves and each other inside the classroom to reach the highest achievement level possible. They are curious learners, eager to discover science and how it relates to their daily lives.

About my class
