I teach mathematics to 6th and 7th grade students in a Title 1 school. The math department focuses on mastery learning and teaching our students to be thinkers. We emphasize on the language of mathematics, modeling, and finding mathematical patterns and making conclusions. A majority of my students are from immigrant families that are economically disadvantaged. Our inner-city school works hard to provide a quality education and responsive classroom for each student. My students are eager learners who need YOUR help!
