The music room at Alexander Hamilton High School is a multipurpose space. General Music classes for grades 7-12 is taught here throughout the day. Students learn music theory, ear training, history, performance, and technology. They get the chance to work in a piano keyboard lab, as well as work with some web-based technologies. The Alexander Hamilton High School Concert Band also rehearses in this room and it consists of around 100 students who work incredibly hard to improve their musical skills, but need support with great equipment to showcase their amazing talents. We have been working diligently over the past few years to upgrade our facility and give our students the equipment they deserve.
