My classroom is an ethnically diverse community made up of both middle and low income families. Many of my students fall into the poverty level. My school acknowledges this and tries very hard to meet the needs of these students. Knowing that, in many instances, my students do not have an opportunity to do "school work" at home, I have made it my mission to allow them to experience all areas of learning inside my classroom.
