I have a diverse classroom from Caucasian, American Indian, Hispanic, and African American. We celebrate diversity and embrace each others culture. Our school is working to increase student proficiency and community involvement. I have been at this school for a few years now, and I welcome these challenges. I believe in these students, their parents, and my colleagues. We can and we will succeed through hard work, determination, and perseverance.
