My students have been learning to draw all year during distance learning. They are eager to paint! Unfortunately, many of my students, being in a Title I school, do not have access to their own resources. Watercolor paint would give my kids the ability to realize their creative ideas and imaginative ideas! Students will be able to mix colors, create washes, and experiment with the new medium! Most importantly, my students are spending a lot of time on laptops because of distance learning. Giving them watercolor paint would let them use their hands. They could step away from the screen and actually CREATE using their hands!
