Focus is a struggle for many learners big and small. Introducing these requested Flex-Space Wobble Chairs and K'Motion Stools into our classroom will directly benefit those learners who have to stay in motion. Sitting in a classroom for a full school day can be grueling for students both mentally and physically. Wobble Chairs will be used by our students to improve focus. Every student handles the lack of physical stimulation in the classroom differently. While teachers do their best to add in brain breaks throughout the day, it is often not enough physical activity to keep students in their seats and focused for extended periods of time. Introducing new ways for students to release pent up energy in the classroom while maintaining a calm and productive learning environment is the goal for our school resource staff. Specifically, the seats we purchase will provide alternate seating in the classroom to meet the needs of any student that learn best while in motion. The Wobble Chairs and K'Motion Stools will be used in the resource room and in the students general education setting.
