Microscopes will give students new laboratory opportunities and open a new unexplored world to them. Most of the students in my class have never used a microscope. We are in a very low income area and it is hard to motivate students to want to learn especially when it's something they don't see how it affects them in their daily lives. These microscopes would be used to inspire and spark curiosity. They would allow students to gain experience and hands on learning that will set them up for success through out their entire educational career. I want to give them a glimpse into the microscopic world around them.
