The tablets will provide students relevant technology to develop and enhance their career readiness skills. They will be able to create resumes and determine their strengths and personal interests. They will be able to understand how to research relevant careers and post-secondary programs. This experience will motivate students to set long term and short term goals that will lead to preparation for post-secondary education. Students must begin their career exploration skills early on in order to select appropriate high school and extracurricular activities. With the use of technology, students will learn resources that will help them to compete in the world of work. Ultimately, this experience will enhance students' decision-making skills.
