Coding (computer programming) is an important skill for students to learn in order to prepare them for jobs in the future. Young students can learn coding, but it helps to have something hands-on so they can see the results of their work. Spheros are small round robots that students can program so that they see the results of their program in real life. Students love racing them, doing mazes, and making them light up and spin, and they learn coding in the process. Having five Spheros would mean students could divide into teams and compete against each other, which adds extra motivation.
