As a middle school math teacher, I get the opportunity to see timid, nervous children come in to 6th grade and grow into respectful, responsible, capable adults by the time they leave our doors and enter high school. I am a teacher at Synergy Kinetic Academy, a school where we push our students to be their very best and give them the resources to achieve their dreams. Located in South LA, most of our students are the first in their families to pursue education after high school.
