Most of my students come from low income households. Many of my students do not have the proper materials to function in a classroom. I provide as much of the items as possible that I can, to make sure they have what they need to learn and succeed. My students love to use manipulative's and work real life problems. They have a better understanding of the meaning of math when they connect it with something they know.
