Teaching Food and Nutrition to students will come alive with the requested food science materials. They will be able to use these materials to better understand food chemistry with the Food Chemistry set. We can look at bacteria growth and other food items with our microscope, and students will be able to see the effects of unhealthy nutrition on the human body with the artery replica. I hope to use these materials to let students discover for themselves why knowing what they are putting into their mouths is so important. My goal is to get students to make healthier choices, and live a life of wellness.

About my class
