My high school students are amazingly diverse. Various cultures are represented at this rural Eastern North Carolina school which serves about 1000 students in grades 9 through 12. Students and staff members are proud of their school and supportive of each other. Approximately half of my students are economically disadvantaged. My wish is to update and revitalize the school library by offering appealing and relevant books for all students.

About my class
