Ms. Earl's Pearls are P-Persevering, E-Energetic, A-Affectionate, R-Reading, L-Loving, S-Students. My students have established their own sense of pride for reading and learning! We practice showing joy, love, teamwork, and grit day in and day out of the classroom. My students come ready to learn each and every day and they are ready to tackle the challenges that lie ahead of them in the classroom. I am so proud of the warm classroom culture we have fostered. Everyone knows we are a team and we must work hard but most importantly work together to achieve our goals. The students in my classroom are from low income communities on the east side of Indianapolis. We pride ourselves as a school for working hard to provide our students with the academic skills and the character strengths necessary to be successful in and out of the classroom. Our goal... Our mission is to get to and through college!
