My school is in a suburban setting, Yet we are fortunate enough to have a pond featuring a plethora of wildlife smack in front of the building. As a result, my school decided to make science, technology, engineering and math our focus. It is a STEM focus with art infusion. Therefore we are a STEAM school. Our student body is one that is diverse with students from many ethnic groups and economic levels. They are creative children who embrace new experiences and are eager to learn and explore. As with most kids they want to know why, how, and when are we going to try something new. Their artwork decorate the hallways and are displayed throughout the building. The musical performances are amazing. We truly represent the best of America.
