I teach in a preschool autism classroom in a Title 1 school in northern VA. My six students are a fun-loving, affectionate group of 2- to 5-year-olds. They are making great strides every day in their abilities to understand language and to communicate their wants, needs and thoughts. They are learning to play and socially engage with each other and those around them. It is always busy in my classroom, but it always lots of fun!

About my class
