My Title 1 school is a magnificent blend of 26 different spoken languages from all over the world. The parents of my students long for their children to have more than they have, more education, more access to good jobs, and more opportunities in life. It is my job to level the playing field for the children of these families and provide the opportunities for them to be successful during their time with me and beyond. Access to technology increases their chances for success by preparing them for the 21st century as well as increasing classroom engagement, providing authentic learning opportunities, and allowing students who struggle to feel success. My school is a marvelous community of caring professionals who believe strong relationships with students are the foundation for learning. My students are the best and they deserve the best! Thank you in advance for helping change the learning opportunities of students who have very little but give so much every day.
