I teach kindergarten in a Title One school. Our families are struggling, many live in shelters, these economic times make life difficult for them. I like to make the classroom a place away from it all. An oasis, if you will, where my little students can enjoy their days of learning. I use all the resources I can find, mostly through flea markets and church events, to make a cheery welcoming environment.
