My students need extra help in language arts and math. Having quality materials in the classroom is essential to provide the support they need. Using decodable readers during small group instruction will build a firm phonemic base for reading. The comprehension pages will help my students build comprehension over time. Using creative writing prompts will help my students with their writing. Having graphic organizers helps them organize their writing. Using math manipulatives is a must for my students. They thrive with hands-on learning. Manipulatives help students conceptualize what I am teaching.
