My students are creative and full of life. There is innocence in their words, there is joy in their voices, there's a reminder of humanity in my students. My students love life and they love school. At school they can express themselves where they might have not been able to do so at home. At school, for many of them, there is freedom. My students love to sing. Most of the concepts they learn is through song. They not only love to sing but they take what they are learning and make it into songs. They are creative. Many future artist and inventors are sitting here in my classroom. How great is it to say that I have had a chance to teach them? My school is awesome! It's truly a community of learners. Though our building is small and worn, we make it seem brand new with the love and creativity we bring to it each day. There are only around 350 kids in our school but all the students know one another. Every teacher knows the other. We are a family here.
