Paradise is amazing but not so amazing when there are no tropical breezes, humidity is high, and it is 91 degrees in the classroom. I watch my students suffering in the heat and see their learning, engagement, and productivity plummet. An air conditioner will help my students focus on their learning, and not focus on the heat. I can really see a difference between my classes based on the time of day. During my morning classes, when it is still cool, my students are engaged, smiling, and productive, but by mid-morning there is a serious decline in their participation and focus. Mahalo for your time!
